I don’t think that anyone with the nounce to have enough money to launder would be bothering with an on-course bookie.

They could simply lend it to the labour party get a peerage or what have you and then flog it on for a profit 12 months later. No questions asked.

"how to recognise and report to the authorities evidence of money laundering"

They ask this question because they would like to be seen to controlling money laundering but have not a clue how it could be done. It does not matter really what you you say as long as the form is completed – no one will ever read it.

You could answer that I will ask searching questions of any persons asking to place a bet or series of bets who I suspect may be involved in money laundering. If I am not satisfied in any way I will refuse to accept any such bets and report the matter directly to the police.

    Barry
Look for the faces who played big time on that one in the first race at Lingfield last night.

Maybe not on course but certainly in the shops around 1p.m. (7/2 into 2s in one hit with one firm)

Sure you know the name of the horse and some of those behind it. ;)
Dont think those wedges of money were from the result of a weeks toil on some building site.
Do you?
