Great shout MOM, and a nice couple of extra points taken at 9/1

I thought I had a real shout with Hey Jonesy, he travelled really well and
looked like he would take it up on the far side at the 6f, he just wilted
a bit in the last 1/2f. I should have said I also had Blue Mist e/w, it might
look like aftertiming but I put him up as my e/w horse in this in Pat’s h’cap
competition for this race. 18s made it a reasonable race for me.

That was a hard one for you to swallow Frenchy, it looked like the gamble
was going to be landed. Well done for getting the 11s e/w, you were well ahead
of the market there

Arbalet worth a second look next year when picked up by another trainer at the sales. The vultures are circling around old Hugo Agogo now.

Cheers BigG, feels like a loss though, I’ve had 3 or 4 of those in big handicaps over the last couple years, surely that must mean some luck around the corner!
