Unfortunately I cannot find a back edition on line if the Racing Post, however on the 27th December I strongly fancied a horse called Ballyfitz.
I remember reading on the Racing Post website under their preview section on that particular race, that the trainer N. Twiston Davies (should be Twiston B*****d)said it was the horses first run back after a long abscence and would need the run.
With that in mind I left it and it duly one. I thought naively that the trainer had got it wrong. I then see it is running tomorow and under the quotes section for the horse I find and I quote "He’s got a huge engine on him but not the best wheels in the world. He came to hand really quickly and Nigel had said he was fit enough. He travelled so well and was hardly blowing after the race. – Fergal O’Brien, trainer’s assistant"
What chance have ordinary punters got when this happens. It is not the first time and I am making notes and will post them when I find more.
It is probably why I have no idea I am to naive!!!!!!!!
