Accidental Agent 4/1
Not the most reliable horse but ran a belter in the Queen Anne
He runs anything close to that he wins this surely, the hope is that the gelding op will have sorted his head out
Stormy Antarctic is a solid horse but doesnt have the group 1 standard form that accidental Agent has
At the price it seems worth the risk he runs a stinker
I backed him also each way. The favourite favours more ease in the ground which is why I have had a go.
Have also had a few quid on dark lady in the 2:25
Her beating of millisle is by far the best form in the race
I thought Stormy Antarctic looked more a 1/3 shot than a 3/1 shot so have had to have a go on him at those odds. Will be really surprised if he doesn’t win very easily.
Accidental Agent is not really a horse you would ever bet your life on.
I wonder how many horses have been gelded after winning a Group 1?
This was 100% against accidental agent and stormy antarctic this race. This was a nightmare race to workout and the only front runner (has front run before) was DAVYDENKO who on paper after a lustless reappearance didn’t look good enough. So no pace on and a crazy tale wind I backed URBAN ICON and DAVYDENKO as a saver as I knew they’d likely lead then POGO bouncers out
normally held up. I tried to get on in running even at 2/1 but that market moves too fast for me. Well atleast one of the jockeys/owners done their homework.dark lady in the 2.25 had no chance from her position i didn’t realise windsor was so bad to get caught behind horses if held up on the rail. Horses were just not coming back to them yesterday because of the tail wind
