    Somewhat overshadowed by the demise of the lovely Exotic Dancer but this fella was also a sad loss today at Aintree. Condolences to all his connections.

    very sad indeed, he was a good little horse and did very well for the Waley-cohens

    Wrong place, wrong time as far as the BBC cameras were concerned.

    A sickening fall. I’m not sure what the cause of death was ie broken neck, but hopefully it was quick.

    My heart goes out to connections.

    Racing post reports broken neck. It was not nice to watch but probably very swift for the horse, from what I’ve been told would not have been aware of the spasms we witnessed. Doesn’t do much to ease the loss for connections. RIP.
