December 22, 2003 at 07:03 #51284Today’s Pick: NO SELECTION
December 26, 2003 at 07:22 #51285In the constant drive for perfection… …I have decided to change things, given the latest data that I have to work with. My selections will be divided up into 1*, 2* & 3 * and I will be posting ALL 3* picks, as of today, and they will be used for the rolling doubles format. I will also be monitoring JOINT TOP tipster picks for future use.
Two Picks for today:
12.20 Uttox Classic Native…4th 8/11F
1.10 Kemp Strong Flow…Won 4/11F
If we were using Joint Top picks then by far the best bet would be Comanche War Paint (2.40 Winc), but we are just monitoring for now.
Serves me right for being greedy. On reflection, if I had to pick just one then Strong Flow would have been the pick… but the odds on Classic Native looked slightly better.
The best meeting for fav’s turned out to be Wetherby, with Mambo & Silver Knight (13 & 12 tips) both winning.

December 27, 2003 at 06:44 #51286NO SELECTION TODAY
Mondul (1.10 Chep) was the ONLY qualifier but rates just 2 stars…:( …2nd 4/5F
Again the best meeting was Wetherby with General Gossip & Mr McGoldrick both winning.

December 31, 2003 at 08:10 #51289NO 3* SELECTION TODAY
Perouse (1.25 Chel) is a 1* pick…2nd 13/8F
We have several picks on the monitored Joint selections…which, so far, has a 100% losing record (7/7), so I will list them for the record.
1.45 Wolv Little Eye (2*)…4th 7/4F
2.55 Wolv Strong Hand (2*)…8th 2/1F
That’s 9/9 Losers on the JOINT picks!
If the Warwick meeting goes ahead…ABANDONED!
1.00 Bonus Bridge (2*)
2.45 Jacdor (1*)
3.15 Fern Lord (2*)

January 1, 2004 at 07:48 #51290NO SELECTIONS TODAY…
That’s 5 days without a 3* pick, in future I will only be posting if there is a selection.
LATEST…
We have had TWO 3* selections… Full Irish (Yesterday) and Inching Closer (Today)…both meetings abandoned due to weather. I’m still waiting to roll over the winnings from Strong Flow (Last Year)!!…:(

January 4, 2004 at 08:59 #51291We have a 3* pick for today and against my better judgement (Sunday racing)…I am using it as my next roll over, it also has 8 tipsters backing it on a day when half of them havn’t tipped anything. Just shows you how desperate I am for a selection…it’s been a long time.
1.45 Plum Non So…Won 2/5F
Strike Rate: 14/17….(82.35%)…

Good luck with today’s. :)
January 6, 2004 at 13:23 #51294Yeah mate, I’ll back up what Urby’s saying, your doing OK…. I notice these gits have left you in solitary…. b*****d
s…..
 :biggrin:January 6, 2004 at 17:38 #51295If he doesn’t take his medication what do you expect MrE.

January 7, 2004 at 09:00 #51296Thanks Guys…nice to know you’re out there!
Working Bank: 138.30 pts
Reserve Bank: 150 pts
Levels Stakes: 131.02 pts (Reference)
Next Pts Target: Still 245 pts
Next Stake: 8.18 pts
S/R: 14/18 (77.78%)
Havn’t had the best of luck lately and it’s seems "slow-going" because of the lack of regular selections but I will keep at it in the hope of reaching the next points target sometime soon…:)
MrE…the lack of interest dosn’t bother me because the system hasn’t really proved itself yet. If I was posting 9/1 winners then I think the response would be more immediate…It’s either going to be slow steady progress towards better profits or a slow death.
January 7, 2004 at 11:45 #51297I’ll devote a bit more time to these systems when Snowy’s through with me…… I think your doing OK so far but I aint a great fan of inflated odds on betting, the return is not enough considering the risk taken. You’d possibly make more wonga by laying some of those other inferior bets but time is needed to delve deeper….. we’ll take another gander later……
MrE

Couldn’t believe it…out of 7 tipster picks, 4 Won, 2 were non-runners and 1 came 2nd. Just happened to pick a non-runner.:(
