matt,
in your opinion, who do the racing public dislike most out of you, me and mac.
Had you included Desperate Derek Thompson, then there would have been No contest Barry!

Seems like great minds think alike APK!
September 13, 2010 at 22:51 #317434Thanks for the answers. I really enjoyed it.
No more of that Nick Luck nonsense with the broadcaster of the year stuff next year, please! Only one person is deserving of it….
September 14, 2010 at 09:02 #317462Excellent answers – very many thanks to Matt from TRF.
September 14, 2010 at 10:49 #317472I’d just like to thank Matt, Adam and The Racing Forum for doing this, it is appreciated guys
September 14, 2010 at 22:02 #317553Very interesting and revealing answers from Matt, though you would expect nothing less.
Good of Matt to take the time to answer the many questions so fully and comprehensively. I think Matt should get the opportunity to present from the racetracks, rather than being confined to the booth. It was a shame that the phone in show had to be cancelled again last Sunday – Matt obviously very frustrated.
September 15, 2010 at 11:57 #317619Ah Prufrock. Sporting Life man I believe.
WTF?!?!
I refute in the strongest possible terms this unfounded slur. Mr Chapman will be contacted by my lawyers in the morning.
Other than that, an excellent and revealing interview. It is good when those being questioned bring something candid, original and thought-provoking to the table.
September 15, 2010 at 14:06 #317639Thanks, Matt.
September 15, 2010 at 19:12 #317688There’s nowt wrong with Tommo! Leave him alone!
Great questions and great answers! You know i think Matt would definitely be great on Channel 4, go for it!! Why not!
September 17, 2010 at 08:44 #317919Cheers for the kind words everyone. Big thanks to Matt for providing such detailed answers too.
If there’s anyone you would desperately like to see given the TRF treatment over the coming weeks and months please let me know and I’ll try and set it up.

John Gosden
Steve MellishI’d put Nic Coward and Paul Roy, but I doubt they’ll still be in the job after the next levy settlement.
September 17, 2010 at 15:43 #317958I’ll try my best for Gosden but I reckon he’d be as easy as Sir M Prescott. JG hasn’t even got a website.
Steve Mellish could be a possibility. I’ll try my best. As I will do with the other 2.
September 18, 2010 at 07:17 #318031Simon Holt could be a good one for Q&A.
September 20, 2010 at 15:43 #318446Duly noted, eddie.
I haven’t roped in a commentator yet so that would be interesting.
Hopefully got a jockey coming up next. I’d also like to have a bloodstock agent too. -
