Envoi will win bar a fall ( he,s not looked like falling ) I reckon Asterion maybe the value …the question is his jumping but he,s double the price of chantry house but was only 2 lengths behind him in the supreme

Asterion Forlonges at 22/1 ew for me, though I’m hoping to see a masterclass from Envoi Allen

Anyone else think Skelton asked far too much too soon from Shan Blue? He was never going to last home.

I think that saying ” there is nothing wrong with taking a profit ” has been justified. Good luck to the lad, he would of been distraught if he never took the cash.

Yes cork, trying to steal a race a mile from home seemed a bit mad, wouldnt have won regardless IMO but the ride certainly did no favours to his chances, was cooked a long way out.

Skelton can get ‘too excited’ at times. If he sat 2nd on Allmankind, for example, that horse wouldve been 2nd imo. And here i agree he mightve controlled it at the business end a bit better. Only my opinion of course, watching from my armchair.

Think I agree with the comments about Skelton. Perhaps in mitigation he didn’t know Envoi Allen had fallen.

I assume he was aware Envoi Allen had fallen and thought he would try to steal a march on the others. But you never get home at Cheltenham if you are going flat out at the top of the hill.

Poor ride in my opinion. And I backed him in the without the favourite market, so yes I am talking through my wallet!!

He must thought the horse would stay farther and wanted to take advantage of the jumping rythem he,d got into
