    Good rides occur very often but anyone who saw Lucy Alexander today ride Snuker today at Kelso will have seen excellence.
    In the marathon hurdle she was at him on the first circuit of 3 and anyone who backed the horse surely gave up (I did) but her perseverance was rewarded with a wide margin win.
    The horse was not at all hurt and could have around again but it really was a sight to see.

    Lucy’s association with James Ewart has got off to a slow start but that was a belting effort from her on a horse that really needs five miles.

    To be honest if I see Lucy on one that I’m considering it is a negative,………. :(

    I very rarely take much notice of who the jockey is but Lucy does seem to fall off quite a lot
