“He is also in first time headgear, TTC.”
I had missed this . Yes, certainly another potential positive CAS.
BUY THE SUN
March 25, 2022 at 18:01 #1589727He was my “cliff horse” last year. I got a bit back on him when he won a soft race at Redcar.
I have always felt he had a good handicap in him, so he gets one last chance tomorrow!
March 25, 2022 at 18:07 #1589728Welcome aboard, Commnder CAS Bond. You have any idea why Maktoum bought a Gelding ‘Capper?
BUY THE SUN
March 25, 2022 at 19:28 #1589734Saleymm is quite the enigma, he’s the only entire in the race but he’s had a wind op despite winning his last two really easily. I have no idea who this jockey is and I follow flat racing fairly closely so the fact he’s not a claimer has bamboozled me slightly. I know from his recent form he’s done alright on the all weather but his record in Ireland was pretty poor considering he’s landed this ride and he’s not a claimer, I know a lot of the top jockeys are in Dubai.
Tell a lie Maries Diamond was never gelded either which surprised me slightly considering he’s still going at 6.
March 25, 2022 at 20:07 #1589737I’ve got a dire record in this contest but I’ll have a go again.
119 Irish Admiral
119 United Front
114 Fame And Acclaim
114 Eagleway
114 Teodolina
114 Broken Spear
113 Brunch
113 Ametist
113 HotzadarNot particularly enamoured by either of the top two. Irish Admiral appears to lack class and United Front is much better on artificial surfaces.
THe rest of those high in the ratings are very tight. Of those the one that catches my eye is Ametist 11/1 who won 4 in a row last season. Not totally disgraced in better company after that then really arrived at this level with a third in the Cambridgeshire.
March 25, 2022 at 23:30 #1589766I’ve ended up backing Saleymm 6/1 ew and Fame and Acclaim 25/1 ew
March 26, 2022 at 08:04 #1589799I had Darkness and Notre Belle Bete a bit closer to the principles in my head who I had a bit bigger than they are so I’ve backed them both win only.
On a side note I think David Probert will have a huge season with Oisin out of the way for a season at KP and Baldings.
March 26, 2022 at 10:23 #1589811Best of luck everyone
With my 2 outside bets
Marie’s Diamond 66/1 EW
United Front 50/1 EWI’m rowing in with rob and also having an EW on Ametist 10/1
JacThings turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...March 26, 2022 at 10:29 #1589812Ametist for me but Tom Segal has messed up the price. Am on at 20.0 on the machine but had been waiting to get some 16s e/w. Price collapsed yesterday – if it drifts I’ll get on but if not I’ll stick with my win bet.
Also have a small bet on Safe Voyage at 75.0.
March 26, 2022 at 11:18 #1589820Ffs smoked way too many herbal cigarettes last night, at about 2am I was off my rocker and decided it was a good idea to bet on another bunch of horses for this race without even thinking of waiting til the morning for the better odds….just say no kids!
Anyway I’ve ended up with bets on
Saleymm 6/1 ew
Fame and Acclaim 25/1 ew
Hortzaadar 22/1 ew
What’s The Story 20/1 ew
Anetist 9/1 ewMarch 26, 2022 at 12:13 #1589831Takes me weeks to get into the new Flat season, so today’s racing on terrestrial tv is a bit uninteresting for me.
However, as i like a punt i’ve gone in mob handed in this race today.Notre Belle Bete to win 16s (advised earlier this week)
Darkness to win 11s(free bet)
Rogue Bear 20s (free bet)
Johan 33s e/w
United Front 33s e/wBest of luck to all

Win
May well maintain unbeaten record, looking like a potential group contender.
REVICH
Each way
Broke away slowly after trying break the gate at the start. Did not get a clear passage later stages and still made sixth. Good win when last seen.March 26, 2022 at 15:42 #1589881Wd Wilts. Wd winners.
March 26, 2022 at 15:43 #1589883Get in!! Channon rolls back the years!
I feel a helicopter celebration coming on in the back gardenMarch 26, 2022 at 15:43 #1589884Nice work Wilts and those that got the places! Good to see Irish Admiral up there for a few of you.
March 26, 2022 at 15:49 #1589885Great to see both the Channons and Silvestre having a big winner.
Well done Wilts.
Value Is EverythingMarch 26, 2022 at 15:51 #1589886Penny for the thoughts of Haggas… runs 3 in it and the horse who was moved to Mick Channon from him gets up. He wasn’t sold either just moved yards, the owners historically did well with Channon – Elidor and a few other group winners.
WD anyone who picked him out
