I can’t recall Willie Haggas starting a season so quietly. No winners in March, three in April and one in May so far.
If there is anything guaranteed to get a stable sparked back into form, it is creating a thread pointing out how out of form they are.
Let’s all get talking about what a lousy season he is having and then watch him bag a half dozen winners before the new Government has taken shape (LAB/SNP)
All contributions are welcome and Willie can send me a list of his plot horses for Royal Ascot via private message as thanks for kick-starting his season.
Thanks for the good crack. Time for me to move on. Be lucky.
May 4, 2015 at 21:51 #937299I’ve always said I’d back the Haggas horses at the start of each season and always forget to do so. Therefore it’s good that I forgot again this year. Didn’t he have a bit of a problem at the yard the other year..maybe it’s back?
May 5, 2015 at 05:50 #937660I heard a whisper William doesn’t like being called Willie.
May 5, 2015 at 09:15 #937987I heard a whisper that he’s not as personable in real life as he comes across on the telly so that doesn’t surprise me….

I’ll call him Dick Haggis from now on then.
Thanks for the good crack. Time for me to move on. Be lucky.
May 8, 2015 at 20:30 #953003What about hopeless Haggas.
Always have and always will avoid his horses like the plague.
If I get beat by one I just take it on the chin as it is a rarityMay 9, 2015 at 10:40 #956424He looks a bit like Tim Nice But Dim to me!!!

His horses seem to get backed more than their fair share and there seems little value.
Still, he had an 8/1 winner last night and a 15/2 winner in the Oaks Trail today, so it looks like my post is working the old “Don’t mention anyone is out of form” magic.
Thanks for the good crack. Time for me to move on. Be lucky.
May 17, 2015 at 00:28 #1006456Please don’t say “people.” It’s only a short trip from that to saying “folks” at which point you could have no complaints if someone shot you. =D

You’re worse than Willie Haggas.
Just be grateful it’s not “Muppets” you are getting

Thanks for the good crack. Time for me to move on. Be lucky.
