The closest any of them got was probably Megan as a pundit.The more I know the less I understand.
There are a few former top jockeys taking part. Davy Russell, Richard Johnson, Seb Sanders etc.
Maybe it should be called the Veteran Riders Race, instead of trying to make some sort of word association between Leger and Legend.
I’m just relieved to have got through St Leger week without seeing it spelt “Ledger.”
It’s probably because I’m swerving great swathes of social media nowadays.

Sammy Jo Bell must like this race. She rode her third winner in it today. This time at 10/1, after an 11/1 winner in 2022 and 5/1 in 2019.
