Well Joe, Have you railly given up on Rajdhani Express now?

He’s been finishing like a train in his races, sadly though, it’s been 10 minutes late, due to leaves on the track.

He’d been giving his trainer the right signals and a clear timetable was set out for Cheltenham but although he’s got an engine, he takes a lot of stoking up these days and he’s been running out of steam in his races.

I suppose we are all guilty of getting tunnel vision with a horse and following them for longer than we should. One decent run makes us think there is a platform to build on but the next run can derail the confidence and it’s a question of getting back on track again.

One thing is certain, if you don’t buy a ticket for this Express again, you just know it’ll deliver the goods and leave you feeling like a Tube. Whether that be in France, generating the headline Eurostar, or not, remains to be seen.

If all else fails the horse can try his luck in Shunter Chases.
