This market is wide open with yesterday’s news about Battaash, there is also a rumour that Golden Pal suffered a slight setback and he’s drifted out to 5/1 with some markets.
The time fur value is right now and there’s 2 that look well overpriced.
Last years second Equilateral and ubettabelieveit who has a great look to his form and could keep progressing
Ubettabelieveit 25/1 EW
Equilateral 25/1 EWApril 3, 2021 at 08:28 #1534135It appears Bataassh sustained his injury a few weeks ago. Just wonder if the public could have been told about an injury to such a high profile horse a bit quicker.
April 3, 2021 at 08:39 #1534136Think it was further back than that Cork wasn’t it. Sustained it over winter I read
April 3, 2021 at 10:05 #1534150Wouldve been nice to know before I had him in a double or two indeed
April 3, 2021 at 10:43 #1534164Sorry to hear that FF. That’s the point. As Frenchy says, this injury was sustained at least two months ago. And it is clearly not just a little niggle that will clear up in a day or two. It is a fairly serious injury.
Really poor to only tell punters now. When will trainers ever learn? If you keep treating punters with contempt they can find plenty of other things to bet on instead.
April 4, 2021 at 05:13 #1534345Agree with these points. FF has been turned over, and I’m sure many others have been too. The ‘Proles’ treated like mushrooms as usual. The Elliott affair, with people in racing preaching about a new era of “transparency”, was just paying lip service.

April 9, 2021 at 21:34 #1535348Wesley ward has confirmed that Golden Pal will miss Ascot and there’s a rumour today that Battaash is going to be retired
April 9, 2021 at 22:45 #1535368I see kimari won a group 1 the other day over 7f for wesley
Shed be one im very interested in for the diamond jubilee if coming over
Imo shed be a 2 time royal ascot winner if she’d had good ground
April 10, 2021 at 07:07 #1535427I thought the same thing FF, but i see she’s won a couple of times on soft over there now no?
April 10, 2021 at 10:15 #1535487Not from what I can see frenchy
Shes won on the dirt on sloppy tracks twice but don’t see any soft ground turf wins
April 10, 2021 at 19:37 #1535757What’s the S then in America on the form? Sloppy then is it?!
April 10, 2021 at 20:37 #1535766it would depend if the race was on turf or dirt I guess
On turf the S would mean soft on S sloppy
But both those races were on the dirt as far as I can see
April 13, 2021 at 21:43 #1536284No price on Liberty Beach yet
Gaelic Warrior Gold Cup Winner 2026
May 18, 2021 at 14:19 #1541446Looks like battaash will likely make the race after all
June 9, 2021 at 13:18 #1544550Battaash entered
Looks a pretty weak renewal in all honesty
If battaash runs to the level of his 2 seconds to blue point or last year its hard to see what could beat him
June 9, 2021 at 14:31 #1544569Kevin Ryan the latest to fail to tell anyone anything, and treat punters like mushrooms. Glass Slippers out. Poor show. Again.

June 9, 2021 at 15:44 #1544579Winter Power 7-1 ew. Backed after last run and trainer comments. Thought she’d have an ew squeak getting the weight. And Battaash wasn’t a definite at the time if i remember correctly.
