4 trends that I think point to the only 3 with a realistic chance of winning…

The last 15 winners had all previously won a Grade 1 race (Long Run 2010 included in this list with a Novice Grade 1 win and also a 4yo Grade 1 win in France).

The last 10 winners had an SP in the top 3 of the betting.
The last 9 winners had already won a Chase over the same distance.
The last 8 winners had an Official Rating of 162 or higher.

    This leaves…
    Silviniaco Conti 5/2 (top 3 – yes)
    Al Ferof 6/1 (top 3 – probably)
    Dynaste 8/1 (top 3 – maybe)

    Good luck !!

Thumbs up Rich hope you permed some TC,s?

I hope you are in form for at least another day as Ive got a nice sized treble with SC and Scunthorpe United (2,s against their ‘bunnys’ Rochdale today) rolling on to Amigo tomorrow, and I know you are all over him.

Thanks, I just did the double Faugheen and Silviniaco Conti, only reason being was to bump SC’s odds a bit as I am not a big fan of backing odds on. Good hit with the footy and good luck for tomorrow, I will be investing some of today’s win on Amigo.

Well, SC looks a consistent top class stayer who seems to need his first run each season, and might not have the heart for the Cheltenham hill.

C Fever ran well until stamina gave out, and looks Ryanair-bound.

Poor Cue Card. I think he ran well given the unsuitable change of tactics. I must check some old videos to see if my impression that he is carrying his head differently is borne out.

He always had a slightly high head carriage, but I think it looks more awkward than ever this season. I hope they discover what’s ailing him.

Bobs Worth the value still for the GC, I think.
