Anyone heard that he won’t be running?

Owner was king of Cyprus racing and had lot of good horses mostly named after places on the island . I see Ile De Chypre lived into old age so alleged zap done him no harm . Dealer was conviction of cocaine scam in end .
London City not declared, and obviously not running at the meeting. Problem, or given his size, did they think the ground was too quick?
I’m hoping it’s a significant move for Autumn Winter. Other than myself not seen anyone put it up, or even give it a mention. Three runs, wrong trip and wrong ground.
