Nice to see him currently running at around a 30% winner to runner ratio. He certainly seems to have overcome some adversity over the years. I think he had some issues in his personal life , and seemed unable to shake off the effects of the virus for a number of years. He always seemed such an affable chap , and he could always train really well , even to the top level e,g. Alderbrook , Master Oats etc.. I am really pleased for him , and long way it last !
