    Sad news

    Trainer Ben Pauling tweeted: “It’s with great sadness we lost Kauto Stone last night after his fall at Stratford. He was a lovely horse and will be much missed. RIP”.

    I heard he’d taken a heavy fall but was hoping for the best. Really sad considering he’d been off for a year with injury. RIP

    I’m so so sad to hear this news, gone to join his half brother Kauto Star and run free together..
