RIP
November 15, 2014 at 15:19 #495318Looked like a horrible injury and I feared the worst. R.I.P.
November 15, 2014 at 16:20 #495346Terrible. C4 blaming this injury on not showing the full 3.15 race from Wetherby, nothing about the 5 adverts they showed whilst the race was in progress. Total disrespect
November 15, 2014 at 17:54 #495358I thought it was the Wetherby race they were referring to?
November 17, 2014 at 18:31 #495595A real shame to lose such a talented horse. However there is one thing I would like to let out. If you have 19 runners declared for that kind of a race, please make sure that every horse fits along side each other when it comes to jumping a fence. If the track and obstacles are so narrow that only 12 horses can jump it at the same time, then make sure there is only 12 runners in the race.
I just think that this one didn`t get a full sight of the fence or was probably impeded by a horse in front of him when trying to take off. Make the obstacles as large as possible. If you you need help then watch racing at Auteuil or Enghien where you could run a GN field in every single race.
Very sad to see him pull up injured
