I was at Salisbury yesterday and very much enjoyed seeing a half sister to Frankel in action.
I was pleased to see the way she battled – because tbh I think her relative Noble Mission is a bit lacking in that department – which I feel bodes well for the gameness of Frankel’s progeny in years to come and felt she would have preferred softer ground.
I think she is ready for 7f now, will stay 1m at three, and the Rockfel Stakes would be a better and more realistic target for her than the Cheveley Park Stakes at present. <!– s:D –>

I was there too Ian.
Not sure I agree about "battled".
Not exactly as bad as Noble Mission, but I thought Joyeuse travelled well, looked as if going to come through and win comfortably and then idled quite badly in front late on. Could still be greeness at this early stage. She’s probably better than winning distances suggest in my opinion.
Agree, the Rockfell looks an ideal target.Give me a shout next time you’re at Salisbury Ian.

If you want to find me at Salisbury Paul, go up the top of the Tatts Grandstand, down towards the front, nearest the winning post.
Also:
If you’re ever at Goodwood in the journalist’s play room; come out on to the "balcony". Am usually to be found standing up behind the seats, in the corner furthest away from the winning post.
Or Newbury. Up two floors of the members grandstand and go as far as possible away from the winning post.
Be great to finally meet you Paul.
Also if any other TRFers want to introduce themselves, please do.This is me.
