I wouldnt normally create a thread based on one performance but its brillant to see the old legend that is Jonny Ebeneezer back in the winning enclosure after his win in the 7.30pm @ Kempton tonight. Starting off his career contesting claimers with moderate success he began to show signs of a quality horse. In his prime, he was an excellent horse ridden by the likes of Frankie Dettori. He even managed to globetrot to the UAE at Nad Al Sheba, not managing to win but placing 3/5 starts. However, on a long losing streak since 2004, he showed signs of his old self when 2nd @ 50/1 at Kempton recently and romped home tonight @ 16/1!!!
