October 28, 2016 at 00:32 #1268928Hi Joni
Just before you go into total hibernation for the Winter
ELYAASAAT running tomorrow in the 1.20 Newmarket.
William Haggas thinks he could make into a star 3yo and has been deliberately held back this season.
He holds a Derby entry.Saturday could see AMBROSIA running again. She was very green last time out and think she will run better on turf than on the standard going that she ran on for her maiden, she was slowly away but did seem to stay on for the final furlong.
I’m going for both days so will try to get some pics of both of them..Jac

£75ew Elyaasaat – 7-2 – 1.20 Newmarket

Oh well it all rests on Ambrosia tomorrow, if she runs, with a little help from the Gods
Have a good trip..JacThings turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...October 28, 2016 at 21:33 #1269095Yes that was disappointing wasn’t it. Let’s have a little bit of ew fun with Anbrosia then.

October 30, 2016 at 09:59 #1269431Ambrosia was hampered leaving the stalls along with the favourite and although having every chance and in a nice position to challenge she didn’t get up the hill. Here’s hoping Cunco and Frankuus can end the season on a final high.
Great day at Newmarket yesterday (5 winners made up for Zero winners on Friday)Keep Paul Cole’s Count Calabash in your notebook for next year, really impressive individual..Jac
Things turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...November 4, 2016 at 10:21 #1270490So I’m determined to go out with a bang. If I am going to lose I may well as lose properly hey?! A few last bets at Santa Anita then starting with a filly who ran a MASSIVE race last time. Roly Poly was the only horse to go with the suicidal pace of the American freak and still finish her race. If that hasn’t left any damage she should have a big chance tonight.
£75ew Roly Poly – 5-1 – Santa Anita

November 4, 2016 at 10:55 #1270495Didn’t realise Roly Poly was going there until you said Joni.
Totally agree with your reasoning.
If I waas having an ante-post bet on the Guineas right now, it would be her.

This thread reminds me of the Fat kid in school who fancied the tasty Blonde with the tight Ass,he rustled up the courage to speak to her at the start of term but she just blanked him…He knew he had to do something to win her over.No more Chocolate Cake he said to himself. He put the hours in the Gym and saw the rewards, she noticed too.He had discipline but Chocolate Cake was always on the back of his mind.Another sweaty session in the gym paid off and they were dating, his confidence grew but those Chocolate demons wouldn’t go away,he got complacent and after a workout with the Blonde he was dipping into a Chocolate Gateaux too,he couldn’t help himself, things got worse and his 6 pack turned from rock hard steel to aluminium cans, one day he noticed he’d drunk all his liquid Gold and proved you can have your cake and eat it…..Trouble was the Greedy B*stard had blown the lot!…Inevitably he lost the gal….You know the moral of this story Joni you only have to look at your last post.
