So just got back and will try and catch up with all I’ve missed. A small profit on Champions Day and it sounds like Muharrah and Solow were the stars. That could be it for me now though I’ll keep the thread going til Breeders Cup night and review everything then.

October 23, 2015 at 08:04 #1218516For me Jonibake the star was Muharrah, you ‘knew’ after two furlongs he was going to hack up.
Well done this season, look forward to your thoughts/bets for next flat season.Just bought my Dante three day badge(to keep me warm during the winter.lol)October 23, 2015 at 10:52 #1218533Thanks NW. STill haven’t seen the races yet. Sooooo annoying that you can no longer get them on RP website. Yes I’ll be looking forward to next year as well especially with the Frankel 2 year olds all set to change the landscape of flat racing.
I am having a couple of little bets today both Prince Khaled horses. Midterm could not be better bred and I am hoping he can go well. And it will probably be the last time I back a horse trained by “Cecil” so I am hoping for one last favour from Warren Hill.
£25ew Midterm – 11-2 – 2.25 Newbury winner SP 8-1
£35ew Distain – 3-1 – 3.35 Newbury loser
£30 win double"this perfect mix of poetry and destruction, this glory of rhythm, power and majesty: the undisputed champion of the world!!!"

November 6, 2015 at 13:01 #1220495Final total – £7,014.39
My best total ever. A really interesting year. Great start, then went downhill. Just before Royal Ascot I went over £1,000 down and then went on a great run through to August. Kind of plateaued in the last couple of months but SDS helped boost me back up at the end.
Thanks a million to anyone who read the thread and especially to those who contributed. I love the support and friendship shown on the DLAP’s and can’t wait for next year and all those lovely baby Frankel’s that will pay for my next house!
See you all in March!!!

November 6, 2015 at 13:19 #1220497A lesser man would’ve given up before Royal Ascot Joni. Brillint tipping, an excellent read and fully deserving of a fantastic profit.
Enjoy the hibernation.

November 7, 2015 at 00:57 #1220558Still cant believe Short Squeezed didn’t get the verdict in the photo at Chelmsford the other night. Done my bollocks on that one.
Great thread Joni see you next year, merry Christmas to you and the family.Blackbeard to conquer the World
November 7, 2015 at 07:51 #1220575Excellent results Joni., given yourself a target to beat next year now, so no pressure
November 8, 2015 at 12:33 #1220720It makes me very sad to think that you haven’t taken to National hunt racing Joni as Cheltenham would be even more exciting with your opinions on here.Yet again your thread is the best read on TRF,not only for your wonderful insight but the fact you have a personality and that adds to the drama. We both know it takes a special sort to open themselves up for potential ridicule but your record has surpassed that and praise is all you deserve.Frankel will play his part in next seasons Best seller no doubt but that only adds to the drama of another season unfolding before us and I am already looking forward to it.Enjoy your rest pal TAPK might just have to take over for the winter just to keep a bit of drama (I like that word this morning) going till you return as Ginger has as much personality in his writing capabilities as…….his ability to pick one horse in a race.Infact if he could string a sentance together like he strings runners in a race he could write a Chapter himself, maybe add a bit of Ginger spice to it too about the day he laid…….A carpet!
November 10, 2015 at 22:32 #1221071What lovely words – thanks Gordio!!! And of course Softie and Nath – very much appreciated. It’s not that I don’t like the jumps – it’s just that during the Summer I spend so many hours either watching the racing or studying the form that if I were to do it all year round would most likely result in divorce and my company going bankrupt! I’m keeping a bit closer eye on it this year so hope to have a few thoughts as we get closer to Cheltenham. In the meantime I look forward to reading yours and Ginge’s words of wisdom. You are two totally different tipsters but both brilliant in your own ways.

If I could just pull you up on that last bit pal….I am the Ninja to Ginges Salvation Army,I am the Raven to his flock of Seagulls,I am the shark to his shoal of Piranhas,I am the Hog haired brush to his Yardbrush,I am the Preacher to his congregation….That explains the subtle differences between us!
