4 wins and 3 places today for Willie Mullins today. 1 place for Gordon Elliot. Anyone out there know what that means in the grand scheme?
February 3, 2018 at 20:32 #1340685I think its almost cut the deficit in half….
I have a theory i came up with after Tony Keenan’s article which highlighted the number of individual runners Wpm has had…its actually quite high….its the lack of them getting second and third runs..i think he has aimed a lot of his string at the 4 festivals in spring were the main prize money is…
He has 42 running this weekend so partly would back this up….
Will it be enough? Who knows…They both are fantastic.

Hindsight is 20/20 so make the most of it!February 3, 2018 at 21:27 #1340693Yeah hes almost halved it, as always the irish national will play a massive role, if elliot gets to punchestown 3-500k infront, its unlikely to be enough again.
Elliot has better chances tomorrow than he did today though.
February 3, 2018 at 22:06 #1340704What’s the betting Elliot stuffs the Irish National with two milers, Giggi has-beens and poorly handicapped never-weres?
February 4, 2018 at 02:26 #1340734Samcro and Sutton Olace are the big hopes for Gordon tomorrow. You’d fancy Mullins to win the Mares Handicap, The Bumper and the Tital Recall race. Elliot should win with Samcro but the Floras is wide open.
