Brighton based Henry Mears who used to be involved in an ‘odds to’ tipping line has found a new way to make some money.

He is the guy behind Lapland New Forest the latest money making scam which has hit the headlines around the World.

Last year they run a Christmas shop for a few weeks in Horsham but this year Henry claimed to have had 30,000 pre paid tickets @ 30 pound a go!

Of course fairground rides were extra as was having your photo taken with Santa ( just a tenner).

No wonder one of the lady Elfs got beaten up!

Seagull highlighted the "New Forest" bit, not to be confused with a really nice Lapland experience just south of Tunbridge Wells. When it’s done properly it’s lovely. It’s probably where our tipster got his idea from.

The horse interest to this, is the place at Tunbridge Wells has a Santa’s workshop which is themed as a rocking horse factory, and is full of wooden rocking horses in different shapes and sizes, and colours, which I assume are for sale. They also have live reindeer in the park as well.

You still need the right weather for it though, a dry cold day would be fine. I’m sure rain doesn’t allow any of these places to be seen in a good light.

It’s not even in the New Forest, it’s at Parley, a few miles from Hurn airport.

It’s a real shame for people who’ve lost their money, or had a terrible experience taking their children to this dump.

I don’t think too many locals would have been taken in by Mears. The word "Matchams" would have been enough to put anyone off.
