No wonder we have such a nanny state. Folks look for problems that either don’t exist or are so marginal they require little or no regulation.
No rule has been broken and Fury was entered for the sale and paid up in full like every other runner. These races around the globe ( many in Australia ) are full of owner/breeder buy backs every year and always will be. Suggesting the current system is not fair or above board is simply ridiculous. The system must be fair to breeders as well as buyers. A lot of time, money and effort goes into preparing every yearling for a sale.
