September 23, 2008 at 10:38 #182048There’s a Travelodge at Chessington Tolworth which is not too far if you don’t mind them? Holiday Inn at Chessington, http://www.holidayinn.co.uk.
September 23, 2008 at 11:28 #182050The Woodlands Park Hotel at Stoke D’Abernon is a much better proposition than the two mentioned – but that is jusy my personal preference.
Basically there is a large selection in the area, whatever your taste or budget.
September 23, 2008 at 12:00 #182058Many thanks, I have never stayed at a holiday inn so don’t know what they are like, I suppose my budget for both of us is about £100 ish for the night with breakfast,
To be honest I’m not a hotel person so we don’t tend to use them very much but the last one we stayed in was The forest of Arden not far from the NEC, think its a Marriot hotel, that was very nice!

Live my life on a budget – can’t help it if I went for cheap.
