I think it was Steeplechasing who pointed out on another thread that Flemenstar’s back end seemed to slip on landing over the second last, and Lynch seemed to take a few strides to get him back on an even keel and compose him. It was just unfortunate for them that as this happened, Sir Des Champs quickened and stole a length.
