Battle of Britain?
Don’t make me laugh, a mis-match if ever I’ve seen one and two bets in this one for me…
Haye to end it in the first @ 10/1 generally…
Haye to win in rounds 1-3 @ 11/4 generally…
Can’t for the life of me see any other outcome? Harrison has always appeared to me to be terrified to take a punch. He’s been beaten and knocked out by blokes not fit to lace Haye’s boots. Haye is quick, powerful and accurate and I can see him wobbling Audley the first time he lands a flush shot. My mind says the temptation for Haye to go in and try and finish it as soon as he sees a chance will be too great for him.
Any thoughts?

You only need to see how scared Harrison was of Danny Williams to know that he has absolutely no chance; Haye is too strong, too quick and too powerful. It’s almost a shame this fight has received as much publicity as it has – Audley’s performances on Sky Sports News have been hysterically comical.
Harrison to hit the deck in round one (5/2 with Hills) holds some appeal, as does a knock-out defeat inside 60 seconds (18/1 with Ladbrokes).
November 5, 2010 at 08:55 #326296Audley Harrison makes Richard Dunn look like Mike Tyson! Even Fragile Frank Bruno would take Audley out in 3 rounds and Frank was never a boxer! David Haye at least has a punch and a bit of grit but again would never get near a George Foreman or Ken Norton, never mind about Ali and Frasier! Audley should really be rehearsing for Panto at this time of year! Oh he is…
November 5, 2010 at 09:59 #326303I did actually dream earlier in the week, I had £20 on Haye knocking him out in Round 2, and he actually KO’d him in the 3rd. Suffice to say, I will get on Rounds 2-3-4 prior to the fight!
November 5, 2010 at 14:00 #326343Fraudley Harrison is selling the fight well, I’ll give him that much. The truth is that he is right up there with some of the worst heavy weights ever to step into a boxing ring. Haye will be all over him like a rash, and Harrison will feel as if he is surrounded. I take the faster and slicker David Haye to win, as I think the punishing onslaught will prove too much for the ambling one – with the ref stopping the fight at some point.

November 5, 2010 at 14:26 #326346Harrison must have a good promoter to even be able to get in the same ring with Haye. Surely this could be the last fight of his career when he turns into an even bigger laughing stock than he already is. How can Sky say this is a Box Office fight?

Agreed. How Sky can justify putting this fight on Box Office is ridiculous. I hope there is a decent undercard because Haye will win in double quick time and hopefully send Audrey into retirement.

Big Frank did have a superb jab so he had a fair bit of flair as a boxer ,wrong to say he was never one. Up until he was knocked flat by Smith he had a fair bit going for him. Not in the same class as the Yanks of course but he would jab Harrison until he collapsed
Haye will deck Harrison in the first in my view.November 12, 2010 at 00:15 #327608You know those fights when, at first, it looks a forgone conclusion, and you can see no possible way the underdog can win…..only for one of those ‘see the light’ change of opinions to occur?
Well it’s not happening here. Haye in 2.

‘Fragile’ Frank would unify the division if he were around now.
In an evening.

Franks put his money on Audley!! Typical Frank!
November 13, 2010 at 22:36 #327838No surprise there then..

Haye could have done what he did to finish it in the 1st if he wanted to IMO..
Like we all knew a total mis-match, end it now Audley FFS..
