    Prospects are much better for Perth in particular as it’s been mainly dry in the last few days. Perth’s going reported as good to soft, so it’s drying out nicely and I would imagine good ground is likely by Sunday.

    The weather at Hamilton has been fairly similar, I work not far from the 6f start, and prospects are good for the Glasgow Fair Friday meeting and Saturday’s evening meeting.
