Aye, Graham. Coral were still 40 so I had an EW double with Village Vic – hope springs eternal right enough!
Very inspired steeplechasing, well done!
Out of interest did you do your each way double equally divided or like they do down south?
November 14, 2016 at 11:02 #1272625Thanks, yeats. Standard EW – win to win/ place to place. ED an interesting idea I had never come across until first working (outside Scotland) in a betting shop in Penrith in the mid 1970s.
November 14, 2016 at 11:54 #1272627Joe I was so carried away with the run of Song Light, I forgot that you had the double.
110/1 double…..superb stuff
November 14, 2016 at 13:37 #1272636The way SL loomed up I thought he was going to win. But well done on the EW double Joe
November 14, 2016 at 15:22 #1272645Thanks, Graham and Homer. It ended a rare good weekend’s punting for me. I look forward to the next time that happens, which usually coincides with Halley’s Comet :)
November 14, 2016 at 15:40 #1272647You are lucky Joe. It’s usually Hale Bopp with me.
November 14, 2016 at 18:17 #1272657Yeah Graham, a most welcome result, after what was obviously a very difficult day. It was still a losing meeting for me, but Song Light, along with Imperial Eloquence in the last made a massive difference, and was only a couple of quid down, after a string of losers
November 14, 2016 at 19:37 #1272674well done joe was a great win. great tipping
November 14, 2016 at 20:00 #1272676Thanks, Lion
November 15, 2016 at 17:06 #1272781Well done Venture and steeplechasing, some good place money there with the 40’s, what a run from him.
November 15, 2016 at 19:15 #1272816Thanks Buckers, thought he was going to get there, but not to be.
November 17, 2016 at 20:10 #1273041Well done winners, particularly Steeplechasing with the each-way double
November 17, 2016 at 20:51 #1273046Thanks, Tommy and buckers
