Your correct ginge we do need to know these things if they are true, but the account in question has produced nothing but hearsay as of now and look at the impact its having

Racing needs to stand up, horses die, sometimes alot, sometimes a little, trainers make mistakes and need punished as do jockeys, this should not be as bad as its being made out, theres 0 evidence of any “living” animal being mistreated

Just him covering his failures, no one finds improvements from mullins trained animals. Not even nicholls or hendo. Arguably elliott is the only to ever get them to replicate form

Early on in this thread I made the same comment about there being no evidence to suggest Elliott was disrespectful to the living. So I have some sympathy with your point of view… And there still isn’t any strong evidence. However, there has been some evidence put forward as to what type of person Gordon Elliott is… And the uncaring nature of the photo in itself asks the question does he care about the living? I’ve had my reasons to suspect something even before this photo… Labaik thing may or may not be true, however the name of the horse makes it more believable. Don’t think many (if any) people have found him guilty of that – at least not yet.
As Strawbear says, there was no evidence before the photo.
