I use to have great fun in these comps taking on my late wife Grotbags66. I can remember going into the final day of Aintree and we were both well clear of the rest and you could cut the tension with a knife. I was delighted to win that one after years of stick for backing Dunguib all year only for her to back Menorah on the day at 16’s in the Supreme.
