So long as users aren’t scamming or misleading people (Armchair Jockey, JJM etc), then I don’t mind some feisty opinions flying around. For so many reasons, you’ve got to be able to take it when someone attacks your point of view in racing. It’s not good to turn to namecalling when someone tackles you.
Attack the subject matter , not the individual .
It serves little or no purpose to get personal .
Just my opinion .

imo There is nothing wrong with a robust debate about racing, I’ve had robust discussions with many TRFers and then totally forgot it in the next thread, as I believe the vast majority on here do. Unfortunately, some don’t seem to be able to forget. Do think it strange when TRFers make strongly negative comments about horse racing professionals that can not be backed up – and then can’t take a little criticism in return.
Don’t like how you’re forcing me to defend myself Nathan, I’ve let your claims go in the past because it is hardly fair on the banned to talk about them…
You obviously want to make it sound as if I am hounding people out of TRF. That is far from the truth.
Reet was a jealous soul and accused me of being a fake. When I proved to the boss (and him) I am not… Reet couldn’t handle it and kept the accusations coming. His own fault.
Fist also accused me of being a liar. You conveniently forget he had big bust ups with TAPK and others too. It was a toss up who he’d be talking to when banned. Fist knew I was not a heavy hitter and when I said my bets had to go through “a trader” he put two and two together and made five. He thought – how can someone making limited money afford to pay a go-between (“trader”) to put bets on? When eventually realising (in the small hours of night) the error he was embarassed and totally lost it. F this and F that etc. When the swearing started I went to bed, by morning he was gone. Unfortunately, I presume he was banned for the language used.
Like many gamblers, think both Reet and Fist were jealous and unbelieving of those more successful than themselves. tbh In many ways it is natural not wanting to believe someone can do something you (and most others) can not and only natural to be jealous and to want to find fault Nathan.
If someone proclaims on TRF he has a Roulette system that makes a good profit, I am going to do my best to discourage other TRFers believing in it (potentially losing their hard earned). Fact, Roulette is a game of chance, if someone has believed in these kind of systems (and believing in the person making these claims) for years – then they’re not wanting to change long standing opinions. Not helped when someone else (not a million miles away) backs their misguided “opinions” up. You also know MrE has always been one who comes and goes in short, sharp bursts. He’s been back and we’ve settled our differences and now gone only because the Systems section is dead. Billion is back too, MrE will be back. Just as Steve will, or he would’ve been if it wasn’t for this misguided thread.
As have told you numerous times before, I am by no means blameless in all this Nathan, wish I’d done/said things differently. Yes, I can be tactless at times and am working to be a better person. But you do appear to take delight in increasing tentions, just as you are now. If trying to hound me out of TRF you will not succeed.

You know your stuff and I value your opinions and I have improved my betting since joining the forum by taking in the value aspect better as well as other things you have helped me with.
