Ever again?
Without a saver in the 3.50 Newbury, surely not?
August 16, 2014 at 11:16 #488393Thanks for making me laugh Stilvi.

That is correct Nathan.
Value Is EverythingAugust 16, 2014 at 11:27 #488395Is this to do with the system fall out?
If so I think you could be overreacting Ginge, the forum is big enough for everyone and I don’t think you posted anything wrong. Just think you could of left it as it was winding bill up. His leaving the forum again was his choice he didn’t have to read/respond to you so I wouldn’t lose any sleep over that.Blackbeard to conquer the World
August 16, 2014 at 12:23 #488406Thanks Ginge for the thread. I confess I had come to rely on it for a modest irregular income. But maybe it is time to finish. You’ve done enough to prove you can cut it, and with bookmaker restrictions it was becoming something of an academic exercise.
August 16, 2014 at 18:40 #488437Thanks Kasparov, glad someone made a profit from the posts.

I really do hope Bill comes back to the forum, sent him a PM ages ago to that effect but he’s not opened it. He won’t get any ribbing from me if he does return and will make sure nobody else does either. My "problem" was with MrE anyway, not Bill. Don’t think I said anything wrong, but in hindsight do agree, and regret should’ve stopped responding earlier. Don’t mind if MrE comes back and won’t give him any ribbing either. Although do hope someone keeps an eye to see if he comes out with any more erronious claims; it won’t be me this time. No, the reason why am giving up is have been told I don’t deserve the same respect as others.
In my opinion every post in every thread (no matter who it is by) should be treated exactly the same, on its own merits; but that is not the case.
So am not going to continue here.

Who’s told you that? You have earned everybodys respect on here,my respect is for the fact you have consistently maintained an original idea and never waivered, that is discipline and I admire that.Having met you several times too I can assure others you are also a genuinely good guy. What I would suggest is doing what I have done and that is take a break from the forum, trust me you will feel the benefit.I contributed virtually everyday to TRF for over 6 years and you become conditioned to it,I however loved the confrontational sorts on here and miss that craic as most are very well behaved these days. What does annoy me though are those who quit too easily,I never did take to a quitter!
August 16, 2014 at 21:11 #488442Wise words Gord, time to take a break and thanks for the compliments. I’ve been spending too long on here.
Might come back to the Horse Racing section now and again, but don’t feel like doing anything at all for the forum itself.
Anyway, enjoyed it while it lasted, some knowledgeable people on here.
