As the form stands right now; Abracadabras second to the best 2020 novice – Envoi Allen – is probably as good as anything here. However, others have reached his level (or almost his level) without as many races – particularly the two Donnelly horses. So my theory is Abracadabras doesn’t have the same scope for as much improvement… And although his trainer is not in bad form (and expect him to do well at Cheltenham) both Mullins and Henderson imo currently seem in better form than Elliott.
