Nice to see him have a double today ,TBH i didn`t think he was still training.
Sharp eyed viewers may have spotted his first winner of the day carried the same colours as Sandwilan and Jenny Hembrow in the 79 and 80 NationalsFebruary 28, 2011 at 00:44 #342573I know that neither winners had much of a shout today on recent form. His second winner in particular didnt appear to have a chance on paper at all but came in at 28/1. Complete outsider of the field.
I backed D McCains Panzer in the Same race without checking the RP form or racecard as I walked into the bookies seconds before the race started and I had backed it the last few times it won!!
Went to check RP after the race and seen someone had circled both his winners, so someone had a tip!
An example of your average joe punter not having a chance with inside information maybe??

Given your comment that ‘as I walked into the bookies seconds before the race started and I had backed it the last few times it won!!’, and finish with ‘An example of your average joe punter not having a chance with inside information maybe??’ then I suggest the ‘Average Joe’ got pretty much what he deserved on this occasion!
That aside, it’s worth bearing in mind both races were run at Towcester. It’s a very tough test for horses, try walking a few hundered yards down the straight and looking back up if ever you go there, and it’s almost worth putting a line through form from easy or flat tracks. That doesn’t necessarily find the winner, but it usually knocks out a fair few losers.
