October 23, 2025 at 07:17 #17427569 going on 10. I think this season was going to be hard enough without any setbacks, no matter how small. Its amazing how quickly these horses go from the exuberant new kids on the block to veteran stage.
Retaining the Gold Cup will be super difficult, younger legs always seem to prevail, but he’ll still be good enough to pick up his two mid season Leopardstown G1s.
October 23, 2025 at 12:02 #1742768Agree Andrew… He’s a beast a beautiful one at that
but a new beast is brewing, a warrior in fact.. Patrick Mullins knows who I mean.

October 24, 2025 at 05:28 #1742811October 24, 2025 at 09:44 #1742814Patrick just wants a horse to ride in the GC! He knows he isnt getting on GDS.
I think Inothewayurthinkin could be the type to not win a race all year and still win the GC.
I really wish we could just throw one decent english horse into the equation.
October 24, 2025 at 09:58 #1742815Well, there’s Haiti Couleurs. Oh wait – he’s Welsh.
Never mind: there’s Myretown. Oh wait – he’s Scottish.
October 24, 2025 at 11:40 #1742820Gladiateur – i should have said British. I dont think either would be good enough though. Who knows though, cant imagine many thought syncronised (or even native river) would turn into Gold cup horses as novices.
October 24, 2025 at 14:09 #1742828at 33/1 I have a 97.06% chance of being the next potato
16’s now
then 8’s when the Warrior wins the Durkin
then the King George 4’s
I can see Gaelic Warrior going off favourite for the Gold Cup
toss a coin, spud…
