You can still get 10’s on Holloway Boy, Mike
goes off at least half that price
might see if I can find a by how many lengths market for him

Happy with my 25/1 Holloway Boy, but rueful about not taking 10/1 Epictetus due to him being doubly entered up at Newbury.

    Should be an interesting race.

Donnacha O’Brien admitted he’s happy to swerve Auguste Rodin in favour of the G1 Criterium International for Proud And Regal (OR 112) at Saint-Cloud this weekend.

“I know dad thinks a lot of his horse so we were keen to avoid him.”

I’m pretty sure Dad always sends a decent one here
won it many times with future champions
however his price is on the drift from odds on to odds against

Epictetus and Holloway Boy will need to be beat
Ian pulled the bookies pants down with 25’s on Holloway Boy, that horse has had things go against him and Epictetus has also halved in price, has the right connections, pedigree and they also have an abundance of decent young horses to have chosen from

In at the deep end for KING OF STEEL but win or, more likely, lose today I think he is a horse with a future (going forward !!).

I can’t help but ponder that if King Of Steel was trained by AOB, people would be lumping on him. This horse is really huge in size and won like something pulled from the top drawer. Could be anything but is worth an each-way bet.

Given I have antepost wagers on both Auguste Rodin and Epictetus, I shall be watching this race with interest.

AOB has walked the course and doesn’t think the ground is as bad as he initially thought in relation to the heavy going description. So Auguste Rodin may take his chance it looks like.

I’ll join Colin and Rob with ew on King of Steel. Dam won on heavy and sire on v soft, and he might subdue the other 2yos by size alone, like that monster filly of Jessica Harrington’s did
