NM reckons that ‘Siyouni’ will get the trip
I think he could as well, he has proved very versatile distance-wise, and seems to have the class to carry him the 10f anyway. But apparently ARD disagrees so we are unlikely to see it:

Ole – It’s funny from early comments they seemed to want to find out if ‘Siyouni’ would get the mile – interesting that you agree re: step up in trip…his last race comments might point to the same? Agree – doubt that he’ll go…there’s a couple of ‘sleepers’ for the JC in the ‘Roosters’ – admittedly they might have to step up a bit!
Irish – re: ‘Bot’ I don’t think that those held up had a good time of things the ‘Fort’ got outpaced also coming around the bend…saved for another day?
P.s Have you noted how short Joe’s go on the Spaniard going for gold?!Darren – answering your question about ‘Simon De Montfort’
Hopefully a good horse!
He didn’t win by far last time out but he was good for further…
‘Circumvent’ that runs in tomorrows Dante will give you a form link.
As will – ‘Celtic Celeb’ who runs in the Prix Hocquart on Sunday at Longchamp.
He can be buzzy – get agitated so I’m not sure Epsom would be the best place for him.
Zarkava would no doubt call him a freak due to being a May foul and winning so early in the season!
He will be able to tell you of ‘cut off’ points for those foaled that win the Derby – I don’t have that stat right now – soz!May 12, 2010 at 21:20 #295461Watch out chaps – you’ve got a torpedo coming your way! In fact, its already crossed your bows this season.
Mister Manannan
Tell everybody to look out, there’s a torpedo coming! He is quick, as quick a horse as I’ve ever seen. He went to Thirsk the other day, and everybody turned to watch him. He went over to Chantilly on Tuesday [yesterday] for a Listed race and won very well. I was really pleased with him as it was his first time over six furlongs. I thought he would get it, because he is that quick – it enabled him to get away and get an uncontested lead. He is a nice horse, his owner turned down a lot of money for him last year, so let’s see whether they are vindicated. – David Nicholls 28 April 2010
Entered in the Prix de Saint-Georges
May 13, 2010 at 00:00 #295484Why is France Galop always down at night? Do they take the server offline
every
night?
May 13, 2010 at 09:31 #295507G are you sure that Dandy said that? Or has Don King taken to racehorse promotion?!
He did win well last time giving 7lbs to a 150/1 shot for Ascot!
Good luck to Dandy he was after plundering some good prize money during the winter over there…is this his Abbaye horse?!
Ole – they are either very green or it’s the weight of traffic!
May 13, 2010 at 09:42 #295508Oh no…
just read the very sad news (esp after what happened at Ling) that Freddy Head’s ‘Mubtassim’ had a training accident this morn and passed.May 13, 2010 at 11:17 #295524Sad news about Mubtassim
Hoping people have forgotten about the Imprudence by Sunday so I can get a better price about Flo Jo
May 13, 2010 at 16:51 #295560Flo Jo
I really can’t decide between 4-5 fillies in this race. Thankfully Anna Salai didn’t show up as well, would have just confused me more. Although really she should have – what a race this should be.
May 13, 2010 at 17:28 #295562Hope I’m not the only Flo Jo fan

Any news when Daryakana will make her return and what horses she face.
May 13, 2010 at 20:06 #295583Prix Corrida over 10f on 24th May is Daryakana’s return date last time I heard Darren.
May 13, 2010 at 23:54 #295618Hope I’m not the only Flo Jo fan
I do like FloJo, and not just that brilliant nickname.
Thing is, I can’t get the Boussac form out of my head. And Deluxe looked
very
special – maybe more so than her ‘Duty’ful co-Juddmonter.
[Sigh] Which of the 4 to choose, though.
If you really beat me with a stick and made me cut down my list, I might grudgingly give up SD and FloJo, but I just can’t let go of Rosie or Deluxie.
May 14, 2010 at 12:26 #295671The Pouliches seems open but I’m siding with Jo I think. The Poulains I think may be between the Aga’s two and Dick Turpin, preference for Siyouni
May 14, 2010 at 17:54 #295718Ole – your 4 are now down to 3! – Does it make things any easier?!
‘Special’ has a tough draw in what looks like a tough race…
Whereas ‘Siyouni’ has got lucky with his post esp with where his pacemaker is positioned and that fact that his main rivals are stuck out in the sticks!Betting for this should really be up by now…I’ve seen some tissue prices banded about that could be very interseting if only they were mirrored with reality!
Interesting that you think that the pacemaker ‘Raja’ could be in with a squeak Kop – he was behind ‘Circumvent’ last year…
May 15, 2010 at 16:55 #2958285th April 2010
Royal Bench – 1m – 57.5KGs – 1:48.50 (by 8 lengths)
Green Ridge – 1m – 55KGs – 1:50.30 (Anna Salai was runner-up)
Riviera Paradise (4yo H’cap) – 1m – 53.5KGs – 1:47.30
Karanga (4yo H’Cap) – 1m – 52KGs – 1:51.50
Riviera Paradise’s race was the first on the card – anyone fancy some 14’s about Royal Bench?
May 16, 2010 at 14:22 #295966Two unsatisfactory races in my opinion. The Pouliches was a mess and Special Duty got lucky. The Poulains also got messy, were Godolphin out to stop Siyouni as both the boys in blue kept him boxed in? I’m always happy to see Fabre win anything but can’t help feeling cheated by the races today.
May 16, 2010 at 15:37 #295986You are not suggesting that the "boys in blue" are reverting back to their old tactics, now that they got the focus on Ballydoyle I hope?
