I notice today that I suddenly seem unable to see free racing replays on either racinguk or sportinglife website (via skybet)…has their been a change of policy somewhere meaning no more free race replays of racing uk courses???
Any advice on where I can obtain free replays would be greatly appreciated.
December 17, 2013 at 22:23 #462088I couldn’t view sporting life via skybet so used bet365 instead.

December 17, 2013 at 22:37 #462091Thanks Nathan, looks like I’ll have to get a bet365 account then!

I think the policy has changed since RUK made all their video archives subscription only.
December 17, 2013 at 22:51 #462097Yeah I guess it was only a matter of time until that happened and I guess even the bet365 replays will disappear soon. Poor if you ask me as I don’t see why I should pay £20 for something that 5 or 6 days a week I cant watch live as I have to work like most other people – and all racing related websites are banned at my work!
Booooo!
December 18, 2013 at 09:24 #462137At The Races replays are free for their UK and Irish courses.
As far as I know the RacingUK replays can still be viewed on the Sporting Life. I was certainly able to watch the Catterick replays yesterday.

December 18, 2013 at 16:46 #462174As long as it is a Jockey club racecourse you can view them free on their website.Well done Jockey club.Cant say that I have been successful in watching any replys on Sporting life for months.
December 19, 2013 at 01:19 #462193As far as Sporting Life goes RUK replays still seem ok with the Skybet log in.
ATR replays don’t seem to be made available on there until the following morning.
No hardship as they can be viewed on either the ATR site as always or on their mobile app (which consists of the 9-15 to 10am replay for about an hour from 10 am and then is replaced by the 10.15 replay after that.
As stated can’t view RUK replays without a sub now and even more annoying is if they have a video feature they make some parts available without subscribing, but to see all of a feature split up into parts you have to subscribe (ie the Harry Fry feature).
December 19, 2013 at 12:58 #462215It’s been hit and miss recently as to how long it takes them to get them up on the site. Sometimes 10 minutes, sometimes 10 hours!
December 19, 2013 at 13:54 #462224Thanks all, useful link to the Jockey Club racecourses. I am still having issues with sportinglife website though. I enter my login for skybet but rather than displaying the video (as had always been the case) it just keeps coming back to the log in screen – Maybe it will sort itself one day soon.
Having said all this, sometimes is better not to see how bad my selections on a given day were!

I get this issue, but typically using a tablet.
Out of interest, recent Android update has screwed up viewing on Flash if this is your mode of watching.December 19, 2013 at 21:34 #462292Flash is generally not available on smartphones & tablets anymore hence why I have to use photon browser to view flash content on my ipad mini.
ATR mobile doesn’t need flash.
