Half thinking of nipping down to Exeter on Thursday

Arthiritis is a bugger. Stay away from citrus fruits fizzy drinks and cut down on coffee
This reduces the pain and discomforr

I know that Ricky. Also tomatoes are to be avoided but that’s a difficult one to avoid. I take a mixture of papaya, turmeric, black seed oil, pineapple, green tea, blueberries plus VitD, Zinc and K2 each day.

All I can find on what will be required to step foot in there is
