NJH would be well-served by a promoted Foley, with a brave signing being Aidan Coleman as his understudy: a personable young gent with nascent talent to burn
McCoy waving goodbye to the crumbling ruins of Jackdaws Castle to ride out his career at a proper chasing stable would be just grand

That sounds worryingly piecemeal to me. As has no doubt been suggested earlier in this thread, the continuity and stability accorded the Seven Barrows operation by first use of Mick Fitzgerald was one of its definite strengths.
