    Well done to the Mongans, I like to see small yards put the big boys to the sword!

    I think it would have won even without Kazlian’s blunder.

    He certainly is an enigmatic character Prof! Always had a ability, uses it sometimes but able to really go some when he wants.

    I can remember him in his early career running up strings of placings for the late Michael Jarvis when owned by Michael Tabor and looked a huge blinker candidate then! They lobbed the cheekpieces on and he won before being well fancied for the November handicap!

    To my memory the Mongans have generally kept the headgear off and he seems to enjoy himself enough.
