Good stuff FLD you’ve had a great week by the look of things. On Glens Of Antrim, I was disappointed with the tactics yesterday, I think she will be seen to better effect when dropped in settled. Maybe they wanted to give her the best chance of a clear round of jumping and thought she had form over further so wanted to make use of her, but I don’t know if the forcing tactics will see her at her best going forward. The horse who beat her at Naas, Mr Incredible, is one to keep onside I think, he looks smart.

    Thanks guys

Needed a good week as it had been a tough jumps season for me, a few nice wins here and there but could never seem to hit a good run.

My discipline in using my free bets exclusively for Cheltenham and not wasting any of them has paid off.

Been doing some digging for the flat season and have had a few ante post bets with the Cheltenham winnings

    2000 guineas
    Wembley 12/1 £10 win
St Marks basilica 11/1 (price boost) £10 win

Watched all of the big 2yo trials on YouTube and to me the dewhurst looked the best one. The form of all the other trials seemed to tie in with this race with the front 3 in it looking the best. Sided with the two Aidan Obrein horses as id be very dubious about thunder moon staying the mile strongly enough to win.

Obviously battleground is the hype horse due to his breeding but I’m not sure how strong his form actually is and there is talk of him going straight to royal ascot.

    1000 guineas
    Indigo Girl 12/1 £10 win
    The Oaks
    Indigo Girl 16/1 £10 win

To me the fillies mile looks the race to concentrate on here and Indigo Girl looked the horse to take out of it. Missed the break and was a bit green when coming out of the dip before getting the hang of things and running on. She just wasn’t as professional as the winner and must have greater scope for improvement.

With her breeding and trainer youd think she will be more of an Oaks filly but will back her for both anyway as think she is a very good prospect.

Donnacha obrein trained galileo filly, they have a habit of improving enormously from 2 to 3, this one has a very similar profile to both hermosa and love

Only caveat is if there is any soft if the going she has no chance

    Commonwealth Cup
    Campanelle 8/1

    Palace Pier 5/1 £25 win

Big fan of this horse and am hopeful he will show himself to be the premier miler in Europe this season

Got stuck in the mud at ascot but before that looked a serious horse

On better ground he will take some beating if he’s as good as I think he is

    3:22 Sedgefield

    Gameface 5/1 £10 win

Has been campaigned mainly over 2 miles but looking at his P2P form youd think that this horse could improve drastically for the step up in trip

Finished second in a p2p won by monkfish, fury Road was 4th and fiddlerontheroof was 5th

    The third is rated 135

His other P2P he finished third to malone Rd and the second is rated well over 100 and the 4th won a handicap off 96

He runs tomorrow off a mark of 80, hea either completely lost the plot or being run over trips miles to short in order to get his mark down and string a few wins together.

I wonder if mogul will even be fully wound up for his race , his first couple of races last season were below par – I’m with the Japanese horse

    Hes a funny horse ista

Hes rubbish more often than hes good

    Prix de larc de triumph

    Tarnawa 10/1 (PB) £15 Win

There seems to be hardly any genuinely top class middle distance horses about and id say tarnawa looks the bet for the Arc

Love doesn’t like soft ground so must be 50/50 to run at best, mishriff has won some big races but has no business being the same price as tarnawa imo

Trying to get PP to add campanelle to their commonwealth Cup market as for some bizarre reason they don’t have her priced up as I want to put my free £10 bet on her on monday

    Longhouse Poet 13.50 £7.50

Really like these two for this, do also like latest exhibition but he isnt certain to run and isn’t a play at current prices

RWF was my handicap banker for cheltenham and I expect him to run a huge race off 140
