Thought I would start this thread up for a bit of fun and to keep track of some of these bets

14:00 Newcastle Ollie G 7/1 & 16.25 Kempton Pilansberg (0.5 pt EW double)

14:00 Newcastle Ollie G 7/1 & 16.25 Kempton Just Before Dawn 8/1 (0.5 pt EW Double)

14:00 Newcastle Ollie G 7/1 & 15.55 Limerick Strong Steel 12/1 (0.5 pt EW Double)

The Kempton race is not ideal as i’ts quite competitive and will be lucky to get two of the three placed… but if Ollie G can run into a place then we should have some returns

Perhaps Applaus would have been a better choice in the Newcastle race… He’s 5/2 so although the place part would only pay 1/2 it should really only pay 1/5

I did have a bad feeling about this Newcastle race..Ollie G definitely wasn’t ready after such a long lay off, Applaus was a fairly close second to the odds on favourite
