Andre Fabre does have a fine record here overall but he’s 0-5 in recent years so his placement of certain horses does beg a question.
He brings over NARKEZ for this, although he has also got 2 entries for Thursday’s card too. He was super impressive on seasonal debut when beating his stablemate and favourite that day by over 6 lengths. That was on testing ground over a mile. He should be fine on good ground, I’d expect him to get the extra furlong, it’s just a case of if he is better than the rest. There’s a lot of potential in the field, it’s a good race but I don’t think it’s that deep and match fitness could be a deciding factor here.

    NARKEZ 3/1

I think Narkez has a very good chance Chivers and will certainly go on the ground but I was so impressed by
El Cordobes 5/1 win at Kempton
Frankel by a Sea The Stars mare.
He looks certain to get the extra distance and should go on the good ground although wouldn’t like it too soft as he appears to have a flat action..
Best of luck for this one. :good:
Great to have the flat back…Jac

Could probably do with the horse showing something special considering his price tag, just a meagre 2 million guineas.

I have put the Appleby Buick treble on (El cordobes, ottoman fleet, Dance Sewuence) just in case.

Me too Chivers the Appleby treble tomorrow is a must do. Apart from Matrika The Nell Gwynn looks a slam dunk for Dance Sequence.

They’ve had three short priced favourites turned over today.

Just catching up on today and they certaimly gave El Cordobes the ‘Spanish Archer’ whilst down at the post he drifted to 7/1 and I knew my fate. From what I saw of him at the post I thought he looked rather small with some filling out to do..I think he’s one for the latter part if the year.

Couldn’t fault the winner, he ran a fine race and Whipcracker did you proud 2nd at 10/1 Wilts. :good: Jac
