Just read that Kieran failed to show in France Sunday,
was booked for 3 intended mounts, also apparantely turned
up late for Epsom Saturday aswell.Hope he’s not gone back to his old ways again.
June 7, 2010 at 19:16 #299383He claimed that he had been held up in heavy traffic on his way to Epsom.
Haven’t heard any excuses re his none show at Chantilly. Has anyone else heard anything ?. It never ceases to surprise me that racing journos rarely do a thorough job in pursuing these matters. If any other high profile sportsman didn’t show up it would be big news.
I hope that he hasn’t gone astray , but have often thought that he is his own worst enemyJune 7, 2010 at 20:07 #299397Cannot speak for France but what happened on Saturday was (and yes journos do look into these things)
Driving to Epsom he hit a 15 mile tailback coming to the Dartford crossing.
He then diverted towards the Blackwall Tunnel not realising the tunnel was closed (hence the 15 mile tailback).
He then left Kirsty in the car as thay passed a tube station. He then jumped on a tube train not having a clue where he was actually going.
He got off the train at Aldgate, the hailed a black cab to Epsom.
Perhaps he should buy a sat-nav with with traffic alerts

Aldgate is near where I live and I was born in Epsom, they’re miles apart, does he live
with Kirsty? On a seperate note, how on earth did he manage to
pull her, she’s a right looker. He must be a real ladies man
June 8, 2010 at 08:42 #299458Heard a rumour fallon is expert at pulling (the ladies of course)allegedly.
June 8, 2010 at 09:48 #299464He was certainly on a high when Claire interviewed him after his second winner at Epsom, saying that his confidence in himself had now been restored. A man of extremes, highs and lows always inches away from the self-destruct button.
June 8, 2010 at 10:17 #299472I think I read in yesterday’s Racing Post that he wasn’t feeling well and gave up his rides.
June 8, 2010 at 10:55 #299480We like men that we feel need saving from themselves. He was excellent in that interview with Clare Balding. He’s also got ‘come to bed’ eyes….

June 8, 2010 at 16:22 #299527He should have caught the train from London Bridge to Tattenham Corner.
