As many have been mentioned previously, I think Ms Cumani was days away from starting a work placement in the racing team at the Sprotsnam, only for it to go out of business.

I was already dating the peerless Mrs Column, so wouldn’t have disgraced myself anyway, and Prufrock is possessive of a similar level of self-control an equilibrium. However, given the presence of one or two hairy-palmed, slavering, lecherous old men among the rest of the staff (I couldn’t possibly say from which department) who’d have sooner biffed Ms Cumani on the head with their clubs and dragged her hair-first into their lairs than appreciated her journalistic competencies, I suggest that she’d have to regard the paper’s demise as something of a lucky escape. 8)

    Colin,

IMO the only thing that would look good on Lynda Ramsden (and her husband for that matter) is a Doberman.

Frigg, I was only commenting on the way she looked.

I feel very much the same way as you about their way of doing things.

No slanting on your tastes meant, Colin. I just find the woman beyond analysis on the aesthetic front due to clouding from other aspects.

Well enough of all this talk of females in racing, let’s get back to the point!

If anyone is in a position to let me in on contact details for either the gorgeous Ross Geraghty or the utterly adorable Dougie Costello, just let me know ;)

I would include Ruby in the list but as he’s very much spoken for I’ll back off hehe … 8)

have always liked henry cecil, and remember one day at lingfield about 20 years ago, seeing a tanned distinguished looking adonis in a very classy coat and shades stroll thru the paddock, turned to my friend and said god who is that luvverly man, friend choked and told me to get eyes tested , it was lester.
A good apprentice called compton rodrigues, years ago was stunning but v. tiny, wonder where he ended up?

I’m female (obviously!) but I can easily see that Ms Cumani is a furlong ahead of the opposition.

Also as a female, I’m not really moved by any of the men, owners and trainers included. Not my cup of tea.

Oh, that reminds me – ta for the PM, Paul.

In all seriousness, though, I am utterly, utterly unmoved by the above picture!
