Going back to the original question – I don’t see any problem whatsoever with the concept.
As long as the person doing the escorting is doing it of their own free will then why not?
It is a way to have a physical relationship without any of the emotional ties and, more importantly, "no strings".
None of the potential awkwardness the next morning after a one night stand. No having to waste time with all the small talk, trying to impress.
